How the group is organized.
QG Sherwood is deliberately small. Its structure exists to protect the method from any single individual and to keep standards consistent across every member.

Founding partners
The founding partners lead the group, set its standards and hold final responsibility for governance.

Members
Members are invited personally, typically from people whose development and alignment with the QG methodology are already known to the group. Each commits to the method, the operating principles, the review cadence and the confidentiality of the group, and to their own continuous development within it.

Governance
Decision rights, review roles and escalation paths are documented. Disagreements are resolved through the framework, not through seniority.

Cadence
Reviews run on a fixed schedule. The framework is revised deliberately, in writing, and versioned.
Opportunity
Opportunity follows alignment.
As members demonstrate understanding of the methodology, disciplined execution, consistency and respect for risk, selected individuals may be invited to participate more closely in QG Sherwood's operating environment.
Any invitation is personal, discretionary and never automatic. There is no public application process.

Access is personal, not public.
Membership is extended by the founding partners to individuals they know and trust. There is no public application, no registration form and no membership for sale. If you have been referred by a member, the contact page is the appropriate channel.
Membership is not
- A public investment club or fund
- A signals, recommendations or copy-trading service
- A course, mentoring program or training product
- A product that can be purchased
- A promise of any outcome
- Open to unsolicited applications
