Strategy. Discipline. Performance.

Three words, in a deliberate order. Strategy defines what we do. Discipline governs how we do it. Performance is the consequence over time, never the starting point.

    Strategy

    A written thesis with a horizon, assumptions and invalidation conditions. Strategy is the discipline of deciding, in advance, what will not be done.

    Discipline

    Rules made in calm conditions govern behavior in volatile ones. Deviations are reviewed, not rationalized.

  3. 03

    Performance

    Measured over long horizons and judged alongside the process that produced it. A good outcome from a bad process is a warning, not a success.

    The method compounds. Individual outcomes are noise around it.

  • Consistency before intensity

    A standard kept every day is worth more than a brilliant exception.

  • Survival first

    Capital preservation is the precondition for every long-term result.

  • Simplicity scales

    Complexity hides risk. Fewer, clearer rules are easier to keep.

  • Review is not optional

    Every cycle closes with a written review, regardless of the result.

  • Learning is permanent

    The method is studied, practiced and revised for as long as the group exists.
